By booking an appointment with us,
you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable unless you give us at least 72 hours’ notice before your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

You must not consume alcohol the night before your appointment.

You must not attend your appointment if you are pregnant.

Please let us know in advance if you have any medical conditions or illness that could affect your tattoo session.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.

You must bring valid photographic ID to your appointment.

If you cannot provide ID, we may have to cancel your session and your deposit will be forfeited.

We guarantee to do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your tattoo.

If required, reasonable touch-ups are included.

However, if it is clear that the tattoo has not been looked after properly during healing, additional charges may apply for corrections.
